Aloe Vera Body Wrap
This healthy inch loss program is a toxin cleanse that utilizes a solution of "all food" ingredients that moisturizes, tones and tightens the skin, leaving the client with baby soft skin and no need to shower off the product. The aloe vera and natural USA herbs combine to penetrate through the protein wall that surrounds the fat cell and dissipate toxins from the fat cells into the body's lymphatic system. In the lymphatic system, the toxin can be flushed from the body as the client drinks water over the following 3 days. This movement causes a reduction in the size of the fat cell. The loss is quite measurable of 4 - 15 inches.

Herbal Body Wrap
A beautiful blend of herbs seeped in warm flannel sheets are used to cocoon the body, detoxifying the system and revitalizing the skin. The benefits include elimination of toxins and waste, revitalizing the skin and enhancement of the immune system.

Hot Stone Massage
A tension-releasing technique that integrates massage and heated stones with warm organic oils. The warmth of the stones penetrates the muscles and created a state of deep tissue relaxation that enhances your body's ability to distress from daily activities and responsibilities.

Deep Tissue Massage
Techniques that utilize deep-tissue/deep-muscle massage are administered to affect the sub-layer of musculature and fascia. The muscles must be relaxed in order to effectively perform deep-tissue massage, otherwise tight surface muscles prevent the therapist from reaching deeper musculature.

Infant - Pre/Postnatal Massage
A specialized form of touch is used for promoting and enhancing not only the critical weight gain of premature infant, but also in creating a strong bond between parent and infant and exposing a young child to the benefits and pleasures of touch. Specialized techniques are also designed for expectant moms from the second trimester through their third trimester. The benefits of massage are also passed along to the baby in the form of healthier nutrition and a calming physiological environment in which both mother and baby relax.

Swedish Massage
The "traditional" massage designed to relax the body by using specific massage strokes. This modality increases the circulation of the blood, and releases stress and tension.

Therapeutic Massage
A combination of Swedish techniques, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue. These modalities are used to obtain targeted results that help relieve special conditions of pain and discomfort that the basic relaxation Swedish massage may not address.

CranioSacral Therapy
CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called craniosacral system - comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system, by complementing the body's natural healing processes.

CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medial problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

  • Migraine Headaches
  • Chronic Neck and Back Pain
  • Colic
  • Autism
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Chronic Fatigue
  • Fibromyaliga and other Connective-Tissue Disorders
  • TMJ
  • Emotional Difficulties

Muscle Release Therapy
MRT is a unique injury therapy that combines compression, extension, movement, and breath. When there is an injury to the muscle, scar tissue is the result. Scar tissue will keep the muscle inflexible, thus the muscle length is shortened. After a period of time, the muscle memory is lost and the chance of re-injury is increased. Nerve impingement is almost always associated with this condition, resulting in PAIN!

The client is placed in particular positions so that the muscle begins to stretch in a very specific direction of plane. Then pressure is applied directly into the focal point of the affected tissue. The combination of a specific extension, precise pinpoint compression, and an exact plane of movement, while working with the breath, can produce an immediate RELEASE!

This type of therapy specializes in restoring muscle memory to improve balance, minimize injury time, minimize and even eliminate:

  • Back Pain
  • Carpal Tunnel
  • Muscle Spasms
  • Planter Fasciitis
  • Rotator Cuff and much more

Myofascial Release
Upon locating an area of fascial, gentle pressure is applied in the direction of the restriction. Myofascial release is an effective therapeutic approach in the relief of cervical pain, back pain, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, neurological dysfunction, restriction of motion, chronic pain and headaches.

Trigger Point Therapy
This therapy relies heavily on the client-therapist interaction including verbal and nonverbal elements. Trigger area (warehouses) are located in every muscle in the body. These areas become filled with toxins that the body can not displace through either the client drinking enough water or the body's systems (such as the liver, kidney, blood and lymph system) working together to rid the body of harmful environmental and/or synthetic toxins. The therapist encourages the clients to be personally responsible for their improvement, with attention to factors such as nutritional and water intake, along with proper stretching techniques, moist heat and the elimination of possible inflammation within the body's system.
